Preparing for Standard Chartered Kuala Lumpur Marathon 2009 (28th June,Sunday)


I AM GOING FOR HALF MARATHON 21KM!!!

Since i need to rest after my ankles' treatment, i have to catch up my training in 4 weeks. So i decide to follow this schedule starting next week. So sad, why my old injuries torturine me@@

i was just running for the first 3 KM, but my time also not bad huh, by just depending on one good condition ankle to complete the run...........

Padang Merbok Mizuno Wave 10km Run 19-10-2008

早上5.30才慢慢赖床起身,随便梳洗之后,ANKLE SUPPORT穿好好,吃一条特大香蕉,6.09am就飞车去PADANG MERBOK,大概6.30am到。路路路的车刚好在PARK在我前面
这次算是我3次参加,续MCD,ADIDAS,SHAPE(没去)后。。。然后就在厕所前跟CARI的打招呼。原来SQUARE8就在我后面,我没看过她,有点PAISEH不敢相认。不过很高兴遇见她,美女一个
说真的,这次我有史以来,最差的一次纪录,2-3KM还没完全放尽力跑,左脚踝就来发作,脚踏地的时候来痛的了 。。。然后,只能走了,还有眼睁睁的看着路路路割掉我远远。。。我撑着,快走一下,跑一下,看看手表,时间真的是差水。有个UNCLE慢慢来,我就跟着他,很感谢他作为我的推动力。走到那个DEWAN什么的,怎知道还有3KM 我爬上山,就找旁边的RED CRESENT拿SPRAY,他们说没有,风油什么DEEP HEATING我干脆不要。就这样的,最后500M被人刺激到,敢敢跑着到FINISHER LINE。可怜到我的名次500+++运动生涯第二次大打击 换鞋过后,就找他们拍照。。。。。。我头发还滴着汗,丑死了,本来已经够丑了

跑后感言:
1。准备不足,这次练习明显比ADIDAS少。10km RUN变成10 km WALK
2。不爱惜脚,明明要休息2-3个月,却敢敢练拳比赛,最后有点负荷不住。
3。再下定决心,我要完全休息2个月,明年再战!!!
4。右脚明显疲劳,因为RUN是用右脚支撑着

Side effects of ear after KO on head.....


Can u imagine how u feel after u being hit like this???A strike directly behind the ear...

Since i had been KO in female middle category in KEMAJA 2008, i could feel that my ear was not comfortable for few days. If knockout technique is applied slightly ‘wrong’, side-effects like nausea, dizziness, pain, vomiting could occur. This was bacause the damage to the middle ear coupled with the interruption of blood flow was quite effective, even if you don't cause unconsciousness.I just hoped that i could be fine after one week later. Haha......It will be fine...

TRAIN HARD to overcome ur weakness and failure......HOWEVER,
do not try this on your friends.

red belt.....time to say goodbye

It's been 8 years already since my first taekwondo class in year 2001.......

Now ,

10KM running but not withins 60 minutes..haha...i cant think too much due to my injured ankle,sad...

and i also wondering whether going to taekwondo tournament at UIA end of august, coz my mum going to kill me with my injured ankle again

29-6-2008MCDONALD OLYMPIC DAY RUN前与后

其实,我很久没有更新我的垃圾BLOG。。。我有很多PENANG BACKPACK和MALACCA BACKPACK的照片心得要跟你们分享。可惜我KL网络不好,照片很难上传,就这样的深深被我埋在DRAFT BOX了。。。

这段时间我有很多东西要放上来的。。。算啦我现在慢慢补回去

6月尾我敢敢的去报名7KM RUN。。。
我人生的第一次长跑竞赛就给了MCD

~我的号码,衣服和帽子。。。VOUCHER早就被我吃掉了。。。hehe





~我蛮有型的,,,



~我单枪匹马去OCM报名和拿8件TSHIRT 帽子





~DATARAN MERDEKA 。。。跑完后休息时用电话拍得照片

以下是我在FORUM的跑后感和检讨篇。。。

本来预料6.30AM到LRT站,我的一班人等了又等。。。我就在家里一面喝水和吃面包 可恶的是,我7.10才到TASIK SELATAN站,赶到我死翘翘 大问题来了,我很尿急 我就这样的TAHAN从开始到结束
开头我跟一个HOUSEMATE开跑,跑得蛮顺的,呼吸还可以CONTROL,还可以忍着不去TOILET我跑着跑着有等我的H,差不多到WATER STATION,我开始 BEH TAHAN尿急和口渴 这段路我相信我状态好的话,可以一直跑下去
走完山路,到MRR1,我被我身体反应KACAU着 过了几个TRAFIC LIGHT,我踏错地方就扭到脚,我心想,糟糕了,甩几下脚,有痛的感觉,不过还可以跑,我就一直跑。。。到尾段,我呼吸和脚的平衡力不好了,不怎么能跑,不过我还有等我的Housemate。。。
我一看到DBKL,我就想着我的厕所快到了 就后段就冲了一下。。。冲完后,拿了CERT,喝几杯水,就找我的厕所:laugh3

然后身体COOL DOWN后,就找CHAUCKY MYFM 他们谈一下

检讨:
不要喝多多水
早点去准备
后半段呼吸和脚步失控
应该买一对新的ANKLE SUPPORTER,就是穿着旧的那个脚扭到

这次我本身没尽力跑,要陪一下HOUSEMATE,加上身体反应 迟点应该去跑BUKIT JALIL的6KM和尝试ADIDAS。。。原来RUN是很好玩的,我从中启发不少东西。。。


OK。。。这是我跑完第二天肿起来的猪脚。。我隔了2天才去YULEK看铁打
HAIZ。。。其实是以前旧伤累计下来,因为跑之前,我已经感觉到有问题了。只不过跟第一次我练拳的伤一样严重,是时候休息一下

这张照片两个星期后的我,还不能跑,不大能跑太久和走太久,会麻痹。但是我昨晚敢敢死去练拳。。。现在有点走路不顺畅,希望快点好起来。。。我8月10日还要跑ADIDAS KING OF THE ROAD 10KM和有点想去TAEKWONDO比赛
